Visiting with Maggie & Mitch

After leaving New York City D & B headed north to visit their pals Maggie, Mitch and their pinkies. They were made very welcome and absolutely loved their wonderful property. Maggie and Mitch were waiting at the door to welcome their visitors.

Mitch decided to soak up some Aussieness by eating some vegemite. He must be an Aussie at heart cause he loved it.

Maggie had lots to say to her visitors.

Maggie & Mitch's pinkies took Putter's mum and my pinkies to a great winery for dinner.

Here is a photo of the best garden ever. It's huge and wonderful and there is lots to look at and many areas to explore. There are even snapping turtles that live in the pond.

Mitch and his pinkies took Putter's mum and the pinkies for a walk up Sleeping Giant. The view at the top was awesome and they could see all the way to the Long Island Sound.

This swan and the Canadian Geese (we think that's what they are) also live in Maggie & Mitch's garden... I mean why wouldnt they, it has its own lake .... awesome !!

There are neat things to look at everywhere including this airedale weather vane.

Pinkies even got to meet Autumn

Thanks Maggie Mitch Sue & George for your hospitality. We really enjoyed our time at your lovely home.

Hiya Noah and gang - oooh, good to have you back! We're glad your humans had a great time but we've missed our favourite gang of airdales! We're so envious that your humans got to meet Maggie and Mitch - and Autumn! We've just been catching up on your other posts too - great photos of NY, FH and MH so want to go there themselves one day. But in the meantime - welcome back, we missed you! Schnauzer snuggles - JD and Max.

It looks like your pinkies had a great visit with Maggie and Mitch. And your flat selves really enjoyed it too, right?

Our flat selves and mom and dogdad got to meet their very first airedales while they were in Vancouver: non other than Miss Sunshade and Jaffa! Check their blog and one of ours too for some happy moments.

Glad to see you're all back together!

Wirey love,

Jake and Just Harry

Whoa, tell your folks to watch out for those snapping turtles, they will snap a snoot right off if you sniff in the wrong place. The Canadian geese are much more sociable. Yes, Mitch and Maggie seem to have a lovely place to explore and we enjoy seeing the photos.

Happy Tails,
