G'day maties,

Then on New Years eve before we headed off to the Corgi Lounge Pawty we went to our Aunty's place for a BBQ and a swim. Lucy was the only one to dare go in the pool (truth be known B pushed her in...that's no lie). It was such a warm evening she didn't even mind.
Willow got a bit of a fright. She thought B was going to throw her into the pool but he wouldn't do that to litte Willow.

Then today B took us to one of the large inner city parks called Centennial Park. It has a huge leash free area and lots of pinkies take their dogs there. It's the place to be seen and we made a great impression. We played with lots of other dogs and had a great time. Ok there was the incident where a big German Shepherd chased Lucy just about out of the park but after a while she was found and all was fine. Oh and there was that other incident with Lucy and the small dog but that was sorted too. So in the end B decided that we should leave before a third incident took place. No wonder D wanted to stay home!!!!

We could get used to this life. Being on holidays is great fun. It's a win win situation. The pinkies don't have to work and we get to go to different places every day. We've had so many adventures since the start of our holiday. The day after the beach outing the pinkies went sailing on Sydney Harbour for the day. We didn't get to go out on the yatch, it's not exactly a dog friendly boat but we got to see all the pics.

Well the pinkies didn't make it to midnight. Some locals let off a few fireworks which kept us awake for a while. Tess was a bit upset but we all held her paw and she was fine.
After a sleep in the next morning B & D took us down to Botany Bay where we did a 2 hour walk along the foreshore. All the beaches along the bay are not dog friendly but we piddled on the no dogs on beach sign and went in anyway. It felt so good breaking the law.

So that's our holiday so far. There are two more days to go so stay tuned for more adventures.

Happy new year to you all! The chase game around the pool looks fun and scary at the same time!
We had lots of fireworks again at new year. I got in the bath to hide and managed to turn the taps on, giving myself an impromptu bath!

Hey, Noah Tess Willow & Lucy!
You guys crack me up everytime I see a photo of the 4 of you together. It sounds in the video like there's some mad party going on right beside the pool, but Bryan looks like he's more interested in the kind of fun you were having. (I suspect that Lucy is a master at keep away).
I too am a rebel and can understand that special thrill of peeing in the face of authority. Glad you enjoyed your beach walk & swim.
The off leash area looks FAB. You guys must turn heads wherever you go!
Goober love & New Year's smooches,
Stanley

Okay, mates--we're booking passage to Botany Bay! Capt. Cook was definitely on to something. It's a sunny -18 degrees C here in Connecticut, and that beach looks awfully inviting!
Cheers,
