G'day maties,

Poor B is totally knackered. He also had to remove a large silver birch tree which was part of the problem. Then on Tuesday while he was working away he had a phone call to say that 2 of his dogs were up in the village....can you guess which 2 dogs had escaped???? Need a clue???
Oh right, you're not surprised....... Willow & Lucy were first spotted zooming up the road by our neighbour who called Bryan. Then he got another call from a lady who said your dogs are playing with a little dashie on Railway Pde. Bryan drives up the village to find the two escapees making their way back home (we think).
Now please don't think B is a bad parent because apart from needing a plumber that day we also had the electrician here doing some work on the guest suites. As he was coming and going the door was left open and that is how they got out.
Now on Tuesday we also went down to Sydney to stay with grandma pinky for the night. So all in all it's been a very hectic week especially for the pinkies. In fact the side of the house is still a great big blooming mess and B only has one more day to get it looking respectable as we are fully booked this weekend.
I hope your week has been less hectic than ours.

ps. we're a little behind in visiting our maties blogs but we promise to catch up this weekend.

Yikes ! You have made me sleepy just reading all about your adventures.
We know B isn't a bad pinky - mum told us how wonderful he is - and we believe her.
Hope you get all the poop problems sorted before the weekend.

Whoa...so many things happening at one go! Hope B will be able to get the sewage thingy fixed! Glad to hear Willow and Lucy are okay even though they managed to escape (they sure are clever, cunning doggies!)!

Ok, my life will change in 4 days...

Wow your daddy can really dig a mean hole!! Hats off to him.
Your neighborhood takes good care of you like my neighbors do. They always call and tell on me when I escape and move around. I don't do that anymore since Charlotte went missing. It is great you have lots looking out for you and we know your pawents are GREAT!

Going for walks on your own only makes the humans panic. I think he's a very good parent, because you had tags on.

Oh yes we can commiserate..we are having windows installed and we have been barking for 9 hours straight every day and all the doors are open and we are on leashes and fighting with each other and this is not fun....however....it was NOT a sewer pipe.... so you guys win Love A+A
Hope all things work out. The important thing is what good neighbors you have. Wow! Nobody calls where I life they just shoot (it's rural Georgia). If we get out my mom goes crazy till she finds us knowing what COULD happen.

We are totally feeling sorry for B. That sewer stuff is a lot of work. Glad that you are getting it under control.
You are lucky to have neighbors that call you when someone escapes. We have all tried to escape at one time, except Foley. His idea of escape is to get back into the house.
AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH! What a nightmare! I hope you get things back under control very soon.
Hang in there!

Yep that sounds like a very ordinary week to me ... I reckon you all need a bit of a rest now .. Hey! I know of this great B&B in the Blue Mountains you could stay at ! ;-)

OH NO!
Our dad always has some choice words to say in situations like that!
Sorry to hear that you're having a hectic week, especially with the sewerage pipes. Your dad sure is good at DIY! Think mine would probably be looking into yellow pages right away.
Gee Lucy and Willow...wouldn't it have been more fun to stick around and help your dad dig?
Hope you'll have a good weekend now.
Holy CRAP LOL get it...crap?? Ok, that probably isn't funny after all you have been through. We hope this weekend and next week are much more relaxing!!
You guys sure have been busy!! Your poor dad - what a thing to happen. Hopefully he got it all sorted before guests arrived.
Did Lucy and Willow stay together when they went out for their little adventure?
Hope your weekend is more relaxing.

Poor Bryan, looks like he's had a really tough week. I bet he was very glad to jump in the shower after all that stinky sewer work.

Oh stinky problems are just terrible. Last year our system got clogged and all the stinkies poured into the basement.
Those gals are quite the pair taking off on an adventure while your poor old pa labored away.
Slobbers,
Mango
Yuck, your poor 2leggededs.Looks like Bryan is quite the handyman, hope you all gave a paw with the digging..but those 2 girlies sneaking off... bet they had their gold card and were high tailing it to the shops! Hope the weekend is much beter than your week.Wags, Eric x

Can we help Bryan? We're EXPERTS in Septic-Tank-Diving and Leach field Excavation! In fact, we've been trying to reach Sidney for about a year, via the tunnel under the hosta plants in the garden.
Congratulations to the escape artists! A job well-done.
Cheers,
Buster, Sephie & Bailey
Oh dear! Poor B. Not a nice job. Aren't daddies great though? Always there to put things right when you need them.
He missed a trick though by not emlisting you four to help dig....!
As for your little adventure - you certainly like to give D and B a shock....bet you had fun though!!

Hi, Noah -
We like the title of your post - it is certainly appropriate. We were doing good weather-wise - no rain the whole week. Now it is raining pretty hard here. Not a good start for Mama's three day weekend.
We hope you have a more relaxing week next week.
Love -
Hershey and Kaci
Of course we dont think B is a bad parent, dont be silly!! It sounds like you all had a TON on your plate down under, but we hope that all gets sorted out and that you can all just relax!

YIKES!!! I sure hope everything is back up and running now! and NO MORE ESCAPES!

Too bad I wasn't there to help your pinkydaddy dig that monster hole. I could have done it in no time for him. Well, the girls are home and hopefully, the sewage problem is solved by now and life is boring again. Strange how boring can be nice, huh?

I'm a bit surprised the escapees took off. I thought they might hang around to enjoy the great smells.
Blimey, that was a smelly problem. Did you help with the digging? Mum says all our summer seems to have been as busy as this! Hope the problem is sorted now.
Finni xx
Wow!!! I can imagine how Bryan must be feeling when he received the calls from your neighbors. Were the 2 escapees punished? LOL. Jie jie might faint if she ever receive a call to tell her that I am somewhere outside home alone playing with some other dogs.
Its really nice of your neighbors to call Bryan to inform him when he see the girls. I dun think that Bryan is a bad parent.
