Lucy the gutless wonder

It's official, my sister Lucy is a big whimp. Oh yeah, she's pretty good at mouthing off but when it comes down to the crunch she's chicken. Check out this video.

We all knew it was Bryan. Poor Lucy, she was clueless.

Oh here comes breakfast. Must rush off before the girls eat mine too.

Incase your wondering I got the big pot on the end hehe. Well deserved I say!

Cheers,

Noah

ps. D is about to groom me for the first time ever. CRIKEY, I hope she knows what she'd doing!

Fun at Colin Harries' place

G'day blogging maties

Every Monday night we go to our Auntie Marylin & Uncle John's place for dinner. While the pinkies catch up my sisters and I hang out with our best buddy Colin Harries. The boy is a live wire. He ever tires Lucy out and that is unheard of.

D took this video on Monday night. We had a great time. We always sleep really well on Monday nights hehe.

Come May, our buddy Colin and his pinkies are going on a very very long road trip in their caravan. They're going to travel all over Australia but the good part is they'll make sure they come back to the Blue Mountains every Christmas to catch up with family and friends. We're sure going to miss them when they go. In the mean time we'll have to play hard so we get as much fun in before they go as possible.

Signs of Autumn

G'day bloggers,
Things have settled down here after last weeks hectic few days. We dales have been mainly confined to the dale pen because the pinkies don't trust us with the make shift fence. I can't imagine why?
On a positive note, the neighbours are still talking to the pinkies after the chicken incident.

We've started to see a change in the weather. It's cooler and the leaves are starting to change colour. Autumn is here (oh Maggie, don't panic I don't mean your Autumn)!!!!! We took some photos during our walk. Don't the colours look pretty?

Up here in the Blue Mountains there are many foreign trees. Back in the late 1800's / early 1900's Sydney siders used to come to the Blue Mountains to get away from the heat of a Sydney summer. They planted lots of European style trees up here because the climate (even though we are only 100km from Sydney) is very different to Sydney. Plus it reminded them of England. It's also much cooler as we are 1000 metres above sea level. Some of the types of trees planted here don't survive down in Sydney as it's just too warm.

Here we are waiting for D to come back from buying the paper and B's daily coffee. See how good we are. Waiting patiently like good dales.

Time to head back to the house:

We hope everyone is having a good weekend.
