My basket is up there. It's my favourite place. I rest up there during the day and I retire up there at night.

Our new citrus trees

G'day blogging maties,
Yesterday when D & B went hunting they came home with two new additions for our garden. They are a couple of citrus splitzer trees. They are called Splitzers because they are two citrus varieties grafted onto one root stock. They try to use the most compatible, the best performing and tasting citrus types.
Pinkies chose the Meyer Lemon & Naval Orange and the Kafirr Lime and Tahitian Lime. It will probably be a couple of years before they fruit but D can still use the kafirr lime leaves as they are great in Thai curries.
B dug in lots of cow manure where they plan to put them....yummers!

We've been having a great long weekend. We celebrate the Queens Birthday in June even though it's not really her birthday. Thanks Queenie for giving us a day off.
